Bring a skill, or bring a Saturday

Choose a role and apply for it — the application asks the questions that role needs. One-off sessions are open to volunteers approved for a role.

Screened once
One application, one screening — then sign up to anything all year.
Hours logged for you
Every session is tracked to your record for CIP, NYAA and corporate targets.
Letters on request
Referee letters and certificates generated from your logged hours.
Training provided
Befriending, dementia awareness and first aid — free, and yours to keep.

Roles we need filled

Ongoing roles, not one-off shifts. Tell us which one fits and our volunteer manager takes it from there.

No open roles right now — see the sessions below, or apply and we'll match you when one opens.

One-off and recurring sessions with a date, a place and a number of spots.

No dated sessions on the calendar right now — the ongoing roles above are always open.

Choose a role and apply
Each role opens the application chosen for it. Use the general application if you are not sure which role fits yet.
We screen you
A short call, plus a background check for roles working with children or seniors.
Come to orientation
Ninety minutes, monthly, at our hub or online. You will meet the programme leads.
